Meadow Dove Lang, RMT & BodyMind Coach: graduated from the 3000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2001. Her approach is soothing rather than combative, and supports the body’s innate healing capabilities.

After having discovered the benefits of yoga during her years in college, she received her certification at the 200-hour level of Yoga Teacher Training at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga in 2009.

A lifelong learner, Dove has taken many courses to increase her understanding of healing, both in short and long term..

Some of her favourite topics include (but are not limited to) DermoNeuro Modulation & pain science theory, Myofascial Release & anatomy, Trager Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Yoga & Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, various mind-body explorations such as meditation & trauma-informed embodiment techniques, and other forms of re-balancing and self-care.

The most empowering modality shae has yet to discover (and offer) is BodyMind Coaching. This powerfully transformative tool allows you to receive support so you can gain clarity and make decisions in harmony with your inner wisdom and in support of your long-term well-being.
